Features of ASLGA382 series sizing-dyeing combination machine:
The machine incorporates the advanced technology of piece dyeing and rope dyeing home and abroad, solves the problem of color difference in piece dyeing caused by the tension difference. Meanwhile, this machine can adopt different kinds of new dyeing technology to develop out more dyeing varieties.
The machine adopts the integration technology of electro, mechanical, and instrument. It is systematically equipped with on-line inspection, control, and display system.

The front-wheel transmission is individual in different units. (two units or five units)
Display, on-line inspection, and fine-adjusting system of elongation rate.
Reel? taking up and rolling is transmitted by a separate motor.. Automatic control system and display system of rolling tension.
Automatic control system of dry-area tension, wet-area elongation, yarn leading tension. (For two units or five units: hand adjustment. )
Automatic control system of drying temperature in drying chamber.
Automatic control system of size liquid? level.

The central electric-control device adopts a high-performance PLC program controller. Also it is designed and equipped with CAT screen terminal display so as to carry out the on-line inspection and control of processing technical parameters and to realize the close-coupled integration of mechanic, electrical, and communication interface. Other equipments can also be connected according to different users?demands. In order to improve the equipment? operation quality. all components or elements are famous brand products or imported auxiliary ones.

ASLG382G-14 Model: 14 sets of tanks (including 3 sets for kiering, 9 sets for dyeing, and 3 sets for rinsing); others are as same as ASLGA382G-11 model.

GA338 HEADSTOCK
The main transmission unit adopts the AC frequency conversion speed-adjusting. Imported frequency converter.
The winding of beams is transmitted by motors. Step less setting. The winding tension is controlled by a set of perfect self-control system.
The movable beam box is individually driven by a motor for the convenience of adjusting the width. Also equipped with a click-up cylinder for a more convenient and easier operation.
Equipped with an automatic beam charging or discharging device and a side-yarn-pressing device. Especially suitable for storey of workshops
Designed with a non-stopping device. Inching speed: 0.5-1m/min.
The adoption of valid and effective protection device is convenient for the maintenance or repair.
For five units, the drying chamber, sizing roller, and the yarn drawing roller is driven by an individual motor separately. Automatic control and display of dry area tension, wet area elongation, and the yarn drawing tension.

ELECTRIC CONTROL CABINET
The adoption of two sets of imported PLC program controller to control the various function of front wheel and of the back wheel individually. And communicate with each other. For a better and more convenient control and display of different processing and technical parameters of the front wheel and the back wheel.
Equipped with two sets of CAT terminal displayer for setting and displaying different processing and technical parameters of the front wheel and the back wheel separately.
Equipped with a large electronic display screen to display the speed of the back wheel.
Each unit of the front wheel and the back wheel and the back wheel is controlled separately by the imported frequency conversion controllers that are installed in separate unit and in separate cabinet.
The position of the tension roller of the back wheel is detected by an angle sensor, Tension can be automatic controlled or hand adjusted.

SIZING TANK

The sizing tank is made up of two layers of stainless steel plates. The auxiliary sizing tank is at one side of the creel for the convenience of shortening the wet yarn? length.
Automatic control temperature of size liquid.
Adopts dual immersing and squeezing. Max. squeezing force: 20KN-40KN. The squeezing force can be changed in two steps, be set steplessly. Or it can be adjusted steplessly and automatically controlled along with the machine speed.
The immersion roller is lifted and fallen by electrically control.
The liquid level in the main sizing tank can be adjusted steplessly. The liquid level in the auxiliary sizing tank is automatically controlled.
Adopts the XPI stepless fine control to control the feeding tension and wet area tension.
Wet split transmits actively.
The sizing tank adopts the steel plates as the inside supporting frame. The outer of the tank is equipped with stainless steel case. All drive and transmission parts and pneumatic elements are well air-tight for the convenience of maintenance and repair.
Can be equipped with a special-structure single-tank dual-sizing mechanism to meet the need of fine0yarn and high-density fabrics.

DRYING CHAMBER
Adopting of combined structure.Users can choose a suitable structure according to the actual circumstance.
The transmission drying bobbin adopts the combination of toothed and toothless sprockets.The transmission chain is tensioned penumatically.
The drying bobbin? bearing is lubricated with oil immersion.
At pre-drying and drying sets, can set temperature control points. During the sizing process, can continously and automatically drying to the needed temperature.
In the pre-dring chamber,the pre-drying can be operated in different layers.
The front wheel is equipped with a moisture regain detection system.

DYEING TANK
Adopting a high-power pump for an integral circulation. Equipped with balanced popelines to ensure g good circulation fluidity in each dyeing tank and a good eveness of dyeing liquid? density.
One set of oxidation frame is set behind each dyeing tank for the prupose of oxidation and fixation after the yarns are dyed or colored.
Each set of padder is steel rollers. The upper roller is a olive-shaped core one that can endure the high pressure of 7 tons so as to ensure the good permeability of yarn dyeing and the evennesss of dyeing in longitudinal and horizontal directions.
Each padder and tension roller is equipped with an individual pneumatic control system. Each padder? pressure and each area? tension can be individually controlled.
The dyeing tank is made of stainless steel sheets. Volume: 1500L.
The specially designed collection disc can directly send the small amount of remained padder liquid to the circulating barrel.
Equipped with two sets of circulatin popelines for indigo blue and sulphur dyes.
Adopting the imported high precision constant flow rate pump to automatically supplement dyes. Use an individual frequency converter to control the constant rate pump? motor to ensure a stable dyeing.
The dyeing tank is equipped with a 3-inch dye-return pipe. After it is connected with a 6-inch header dye-return pipe, it enters into the circulating filtration. The constant rate pump supplements dyes. Through the circulation pump, returns back to each dyeing tank.

YARN STORAGE FRAME
Type: Weight hammer type or oil-press type
Whole lift-and-fall type. The upper fuide roller is fixed. The lower guide roller is movable. All are fixed onto the movable frame. Under the function of a balant mechanism, the movable frame moves stably to ensure a stable tension. Also equipped with an alarming and stopping system of full or empty yarn storage. The length of yarn storage is 100m, 120m.

Installation position: between the pre-drying of dyeing and the sizing tank, between the winding headstock and the sizing drying chamber.

RINSING TANK
Water circulates from back to front to wash away and clean the loose color or foreign objects on the surface of yarns after dyeing to make the color be brighter and to increase the color fastness.
Suspended matters can be removed sway from the left, middle, and right overflow gates in time so as to improve the dyeing quality.
The rinsing tank is made of stainless steel sheets. Volume: about 1200L. Equipped with a water feed interface, water exhaust valve, and spraying pipes.
The diameter of the guide roller in the cylinder:Φ150.2-upper 3-lower installation. Supported with anti-corrosive wear-resistant bearings. Adopts the direct and indirect heating methods. Display temperature.

MERCERIZATION KIERING TANK

Made of stainless steel. Volume: about 1500L. Installed with water feed interface and water exhaust value.
The diameter of the guide roller in the cylinder: Φ50.2-upper 3-lower installation. Supported with anti-corrosive wear-resistant bearings. Adopts the direct and indirect heating methods. Display temperature.
Equipped with a padder assembly with an adjustable pneumatic device to ensure an even wetness.
According to special customer? demands, it can be equipped with a mercerization drying cylinder in order to increase its application scope.

BACK WHEEL DRIVE

Type;Each set of padder and dyeing drying cylinder or bobbin is individually driven by a separate motor and concentrared controlled by frequency conversion speed-adjusting device.
Each tension area adopts the air cylinder to compensate the yarn stretching or yarn yielding caused by an unexpected tension.With alarming and auto-stopping functions.
The tension in each tension area can be designed freely according to different products and technologies. And it can be automatically controlled according to the value set.

BEAM CREEL
Double-layer combination type, 4 beams form one set, Between each set, there is pedal or treadle for workers walking on to deal with the breakage of yarns.
Quantity of beams acceptable: 12-16 pieces.
Equipped with an automatic warm unwinding tension control system or with a weight hammer brake. (Optional according to customer? demands.)
